Commissioned by Renata Cardoso, in this work I tried to convey much of what the Saint means to her. She told me her stories and told me about the moment she is living. So in every brushstroke the light of Our Lady shone.

It's interesting that I tried twice to do a loving look like many images of the Virgin out there. However, this one came with a serious look and then I understood that She was asking me for this seriousness in love, which is often taken without due importance, but we are in a moment of taking love seriously.

Finally, I conceived that Our Lady is a saint of love and her love generates more love and light. Her command emanates love to the entire universe and at the same time protects those who seek refuge.
