DESCRIPTION:

Mamma Lina is the mother of a friend, and she is an 85-year-old woman from the south of Italy. When I went to visit her for the second time I wanted to leave a symbol of my affection for her in the form of a small painting, and as I knew she was very religious I decided to paint the effects of prayer on the human aura.

In this work of art I used a new technique with photoluminescent pigments that glow in the dark when charged by ultra violet light. It was the first painting I did with this technique.

All my affection to this Italian mom who made homemade bread and so many delicious foods! A kiss mamma Lina! You live in my heart!
