DESCRIPTION: 

"The Senses" is a collection created in collaboration with my girlfriend Isabela Bonifácio, who accompanied me throughout the entire process of setting up the exhibition at Shopping Santa Úrsula in Ribeirão Preto from March 6th to April 7th, 2026.

The proposed idea was to execute my technique by painting some of the organs responsible for the senses. Isabela executed the technique I instructed while I dedicated myself to painting other works for the exhibition. It is worth noting that these are her first paintings and it was an exercise that promoted the release of her talent.

I sought to represent this theme to demonstrate that all perception, including the perception we have of ourselves and our thoughts, traumas, and feelings, is fluid by nature, moving and transforming.

It is a reflection I make about our senses, what we perceive in general. Remember that the word "senses" here also denotes direction, that is, the path we take from what we perceive.
